Golden Teddy Nominee! - Monday, 7 June 2010.

Late last year I decided to enter my first big teddy bear competition. I jumped right in with the "big fish" and entered the Golden Teddy Awards. I'm so excited to be able to announce that "Safari" has been nominated in the "Needle Felted/Sculptured" category! If you manage to get your hands on the August 2010 edition of the "Teddy Bear Review" magazine, you can cast your vote on some truely amazing bears and critters. Of course, if you like the look of Safari, I won't complain if you want to cast a vote in his direction. ;)

In other big news, the AussieFelts store is officially open! You can see it by clicking on the banner above. I'm very excited to be able to supply you all with your needle felting needs.
